Root Cause Medicine

I use all of my medical knowledge, and combine it with intuitive, holistic approaches to healing that I learned at The Institute For Integrative Nutrition and the School of Applied Functional Medicine to craft a total mind-body approach to wellness, because the last time I checked, the mind is part of your body and your head is definitely attached to the rest of you. Together, we will get to the root cause of what is creating your symptoms, rather than just treating the symptoms themselves.

An Integrative Approach

We will review what you eat, how you sleep, your activity levels, and how stress and overwhelm are affecting your health. All of these components are factors on the journey to unraveling this tangled ball of wellness and achieving mind-body balance.
