I'm Dr. Zarya Rubin, The Burnout Doctor - neurologist by training, burnout coach by design. And I’ve been right where you are right now — exhausted, burned out, crushed under a weight of anxiety and chronic health issues, thinking things would never change
Most coaches will tell you to set better boundaries, practice more self-care, and learn to say no. But you've tried all of that, and it hasn't touched the exhaustion — because it wasn't designed to.

I'm not just trained as a neurologist in conventional medicine, I'm also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a certified Advanced Functional Medicine Practitioner, and have studied burnout, perimenopause, and polyvagal theory.
We'll look into what is keeping your nervous system stuck, and craft a science-backed plan to break the cycle.
