When years of perfectionism intersect with perimenopause, chronic stress, and an unsustainable environment, the results can be devastating - I'm here to connect the dots and make sense of it all with you.

I'm not just trained as a neurologist in conventional medicine, I'm also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a certified Advanced Functional Medicine Practitioner, and have studied burnout, perimenopause, and polyvagal theory.
