What makes me unique?
I’m a physician by training, and a functional medicine health coach by design. And I’ve been right where you are right now — exhausted, burned out, crushed under a weight of anxiety and chronic health issues, thinking things would never change.
I decided to use all of my medical knowledge, and combine it with intuitive, holistic approaches to healing that I learned at The Institute For Integrative Nutrition and the School of Applied Functional Medicine to craft a total mind-body approach to wellness, because the last time I checked, the mind is part of your body and your head is definitely attached to the rest of you.
What you eat, how you sleep, your activity levels, how you are able to incorporate mindfulness and boundaries into your everyday life, are all factors on the journey to unraveling this tangled ball of wellness wrapped up in stress and overwhelm.
But don’t worry, I’ll help you untie all the knots, connect all the dots and emerge with a newfound sense of purpose, balance, and self; maybe the self you’ve been looking for…because she was there all along.
